Individual Personal Planning

Langford’s commitment to leading the way in community service provision has led to the development of a new program, which empowers clients to drive their own life plans, and take ownership of the goals and achievements. The program, Individual Personal Planning (IPP), involves the co-creation of a client-controlled, relevant and achievable life plan supported by invited people, staff and other services.
