Langford is supported by a Board of Management and follows a governance framework, Board Members meet on a monthly basis and convene special general meetings should this be required. The board is responsible for assisting the senior management team to develop a tri annual strategic plan implemented with annual business plans, thus ensuring that there are key performance indicators linked to standards, funding requirements and State Government requirements and performance.

Mr. Ross Doddridge
Chairman, HR adviser DHHS, Paramedic – TAS Ambulance
Ross has been employed by the DHHS since 1976; the first 18 years with the Tasmanian Ambulance Service as an on-road Paramedic and then within Human Resource Services. Ross is currently a Human Resource Consultant with DHHS. Ross joined the board of Langford in 1994 and became chairman in 2000. He is also on the board of Community Based Support – South having joined in 1998. He is a member of the Australian College of Ambulance Professionals and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr. Paul Gregg
Treasurer, CEO Capital 3, BCom, MIS, MBA, MAICD, CPA

Miss Tina Stagg
Secretary, 15 years sub-editing newspaper.
Tina has more than 15 years experience in Journalism, and currently a sub-editor for the Mercury Newspaper. Tina has been a valuable member of our board for nearly three years. She well placed to advise the board on media issues facing Langford and creating our public and industry profile within the media.

Mrs Chris Dixon
Committee Member – Family Client Liaison.
Has working background in the disability sector, is a parent of an adult child with a disability and mental health issues.

Julian Whayman
Committee Member – Inspector Police Prosecution, Mental Health Court

Mr Mathew Gregg
Committee Member – Managing Director ANZ Mobile Lending – Tasmania, BA (Mgt), MAICD
