Paul Mayne has worked with Langford for 23 years and within the Disability Sector for 36 years in total. He is an active member of the National Disability Services State Committee and the National Housing and Accommodation Subcommittee.
Paul has a keen interest in innovative housing options for people living with disability and is involved in relevant advocacy issues for the Disability Sector.
Luke has worked in private-sector Senior Finance roles for over 15 years. He is CPA qualified and holds an Accounting Degree from the University of Tasmania. Luke has experience with accounting and corporate governance in organisations of significant scope and scale.
It is Luke's goal to use his experience and skills to contribute to the community and provide the best service to Langford's participants.
Luke enjoys spending time with his family and loves sports like basketball and golf. He supports the Hawthorn Football Club.
Kate has worked with Langford for 16 years, having arrived in 2004. Prior to this, she spent twelve in the Disability Sector working in various State government roles. She originally entered the Sector as a support worker.
Kate has held a number of positions during her time with Langford and experienced a variety of organisational changes.
Kate loves the community relationships that Langford has among its team and participants.
Mandy has worked for over 30 years across a variety of health industries, working for the Ambulance Service both at head office and the branches for a number of years and then moving to the disability sector joining Langford in 1995. Mandy has worked in a number of roles starting off as a support worker, moving then into administration and support worker when there was only one site and finally into the Quality & Compliance Manager.
Mandy has watched Langford change and implemented many initiatives supporting the teams to move Langford forward as a contemporary service.
Mandy has a passion for learning and is always undertaking some qualification.
Mandy enjoys talking to people, having a laugh, spending time jet skiing, family and her pets.
James has worked for 36 years across a broad range of industries, including statutory authorities, government, peak bodies and the private sector.
The majority of James’ career has been in human services and industrial relations internal and external consultancy.
James joined Langford in October 2018 and looks after Workplace Health & Safety and Risk.
James views working at Langford as a great opportunity to give back to the disability sector and has a passion for working with people with disabilities and mental illness.
James enjoys spending time with family and keeping himself fit.
