Staying connected while staying home

Social distancing has been a challenging time for everyone, but there are still plenty of ways to be proactive and keep connected with your community during COVID-19.

This video was prepared by some of Langford’s participants to share their favourite tips on having a successful time in social isolation.

As restrictions begin to ease in Tasmania, Langford is working with participants to safely reengage with activities in their community while remaining vigilant in practicing ‘COVID-safe’ conditions.

Most importantly, Langford team members and participants are all advised to keep social distancing – 1.5 metres between people and a minimum of 4 metres squared per person indoors – and continue regular hand washing.

By working together to take care of each other, we can all practice good habits to help keep our community safe.
