Mr. Ross Doddridge Chair, HR consultant DHHS, Paramedic – Tas Amb., Graduate AICD

Ross has extensive experience in the state’s public sector thanks to a successful career as a public consultant spanning more than 30 years.Ross was employed by the Department of Health and Human Services from 1976-2013.
During the first 18-years he worked with the Tasmanian Ambulance Service as an on-road paramedic and as a clinical instructor training students. In 1994 Ross transferred to the Human Resource Services of DHHS, where he worked in many roles before retiring as a human resource consultant.Ross’ first involvement in Tasmania’s community-care sector dates back to 1994 when he joined the Board of Langford Support Services, which he has chaired since 2000.Ross also joined the Community Based Support (CBS) Board in 1998, has served as Treasurer and became President in 2009.He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian College of Ambulance Professionals.Ross is a Life Member of both Langford Support Services CBS.

 

Ms Enza Santangelo – Board Member and Director

Enza has worked as a clinical psychologist and consultant in London and Australia,
in Mental Health and Disability Services, Health and Community Services,inpatient units and in rehabilitation for over 34 years. She worked inShenley Hospital, Hertfordshire; this was the largest mental health and forensicinstitution in Britain. She was the Consultant Clinical Psychologist at an Assessmentand Treatment Service, and Respite Centre in Westminster Londonfor over seven years. She has worked clinically with clients in a range of therapies(obtaining training at the Tavistock Clinic and Queens Square in London),
and has worked with community, forensic, residential, nursing and medicalstaff.

Enza supervises disability, mental health, counselling and psychology studentsand staff in post graduate and undergraduate programmes. She is an AHPRAapproved clinical supervisor. She has represented Mental Health and IntellectualDisability on academic and research panels at London universities.

Enza teaches and supervises students at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.She delivers training for the Department of Health and Human Servicesin Victoria on Dual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dementia andPersonality Disorders. She is in private practice at Well-being at Swin Clinic,Swinburne University, Melbourne.

Enza is an Associate Fellow for the British Psychological Society, and a memberof the Australian Psychological Society. She is also a Board Director forthe Keys of Life Foundation, in Melbourne.

 

Mr. Paul GreggTreasurer,  MD of Personal CEO, BCom, MIS, MBA, GAICD, FCPA

Paul is the proprietor of Personal CEO, a local Tasmanian financial advisory business.  He has extensive experience in financial management, business management and tactical strategies which he has developed both in business and in his career in the navy.

Paul is a member of the University of Tasmania Council and Chairman of the Australian Maritime College.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Dip Mar Studs, Master of Information Systems, MBA, Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and is an FCPA.   In his spare time, he enjoys flying helicopters, Krav Maga and teaching his two sons important life skills.

 

Ms Annabelle HankeFamily/Participant Liaison – Clinical Psych, MAICD

Annabel is a Clinical Psychologist with over 35 years’ experience in the area of public mental health services dedicated to child, adolescent and family work. Since retiring from mental health she continues to do some private practice as well as volunteer work with refugees.   Annabel has a long standing interest in seeking client views about services and tries to attend some of the client or resident meetings run by Speakout. She is an enthusiastic gardener and loves the outdoors.

 

Mr Steve PatersonMember – Dept of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment, GAICD

Steve has worked as a police officer and prosecutor for over 20 years in Tasmania. During his time as a police prosecutor he was involved with the development and implementation of the Mental Health Diversion List (a problem solving court) in Hobart. Steve spent almost 4 years recently as a Development Practitioner in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea, assisting develop the justice system on a local level. Steve is interested in all aspects of Therapeutic Jurisprudence practices and has been a member of the Langford Board of Management during various periods since 2005.

 

Miss Kate BarnbrookMember – has family members with disability, MAICD

Kate has worked as a primary school teacher in NSW and Tasmania since 2009. In this time she has had extensive experience working with children who have intellectual and/or physical disabilities in the classroom and the local community. Kate has a younger sister who has a severe physical disability and for seven years worked for various agencies in NSW providing support for adults with mental health and/or physical disabilities. She joined the Board in 2013 and provides personal and professional experience regarding how decisions may affect individual clients.

 

Ms Cassandra JacobsMember – BCom – MBA Law , MAICD– Lawyer, MAICD

Cassandra Jacobs has been on the Board for 7 years. Cassandra brings to the board legal skills and a legal perspective on board matters having practiced in both public and private legal practice for the past 13 years. Cassandra has both a personal and professional passion for social justice and supporting people, whatever their background, to identify and achieve their dreams.
